Race San Diego, LLC believes that the fun shouldn't end when you cross the finish line! The Kook Run presented by Bubs Naturals is excited to partner with Pina Restaurant to bring you a Finish Line Festival that's the worthy of Super Bowl Sunday.
Once again in 2025, the Kook Run will take over Moonlight Plaza with a Finish Line Festive featuring highlights for Kooks of all ages. The energy will be rocking with Live Music, Breakfast Tacos, a Vender Village, games and activities, and both Pro and Costume Contest Kook Run Awards. Plus, for our adult Kooks, you can hoist some suds to celebrate your accomplishment as your first beer or refreshment is on The Kook!

The Kook Run is excited to be working with sponsors, community partners, and other great local businesses to host a vender village that showcases what Encinitas, Cardiff, and Leucadia. Sample, demo, and find out what our venders are all about. We have an amazing community, and this is your chance to check out some of the amazing companies and organizations in it!

BEER GARDEN:
Celebrate with your friends and hoist up some suds in the Kook Run Beer Garden as we serve up ice cold refreshments from local breweries.
This year, we are excited to let you know that 100% of all proceeds from beer and refreshment sales will be going to Right Hand Angels

TRANSPORTATION:
To help with parking on race morning we encourage using a bicycle, carpooling, ride share services, and other local public transportation to arrive onsite. The train and bus station is only 1 block away. If you are using Uber or Lyft we suggest using the Encinitas Library address as a drop and pickup point so you can walk down to the event area. BIKE VALET:
The Kook Run has teamed up with BCycle to offer a bike valet service. Ride your bike to the event, and drop it at the Bije Coral in the Expo. BCycle will keep it on site and secure until the end of the event.
